Effective pre-sales support specialists play a crucial role in the success of LexisNexis' Regulatory Compliance (RC) solution line.

This position is responsible for developing pre-sales expertise and capability within RC, leading the technical positioning of LexisNexis solutions, and aligning RC solution offerings to clients' specific business needs.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Providing pre-sales support to the ANZ BDM team through customer needs analysis and product demonstrations.
  • Interacting with customers to understand key requirements and market basics.
  • Reviewing data from predefined dashboards to make decision recommendations.
  • Liaising with internal business partners to gather and assess product needs.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working in a risk and compliance function, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confidence in dealing with risk and compliance customers, and a proven ability to maintain understanding and awareness of the risk and compliance market and LexisNexis solution offerings.
