Job Title: Lead Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to join our Industrial EI&C team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading electrical design and engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead electrical design and engineering projects from concept to completion
  • Develop and implement electrical design solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with project managers, discipline engineers, and designers to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and designers
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and regulations
Requirements:
  • Completed a degree in Electrical Engineering recognized by Engineers Australia (CPEng preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years' post-graduate experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on industrial projects
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality electrical design solutions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
