The Magnum Ice Cream Company is a growth-oriented business that empowers its employees to be innovative and responsible entrepreneurs.
This position plays a key role in achieving sales targets by growing the Out of Home customer base.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience in Field Sales and a proven track record of developing strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow the net customer base through new business leads and recorded visits.
- Maximize sales opportunities for all OOH brands in each customer.
- Achieve NPD and Core Range distribution targets.
- Implement agreed monthly targets.
- Deliver merchandise excellence within their geographic area.
- Meet return on investment criteria for discounts and capital.
- Build and maintain Customer and CSR relationships.
- Participate and comply in approved OH&S programs.
- Ensure data is maintained and updated via CRM system.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Field Sales.
- Proven track record of developing strong customer relationships.
- Degree in Commerce or Marketing (preferred but not essential).
- Full Driver License.
