Small Business Growth Expert

We are looking for an experienced banker to join our dynamic team. As a Small Business Growth Expert, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and developing long-term relationships with customers.
You will manage end-to-end residential and commercial banking, ensuring that our customers receive holistic support at all stages of their business cycle.
Typically, your days will include having personal and meaningful conversations with customers, creating strong partnerships with colleagues and referral networks, performing credit analysis, managing lending and product requests, and assessing economic value and risk potential.
As an ideal candidate, you will have experience in traditional distributed business models, specializing in solutions and relationship management for customers from $0-$5M in home lending and $0-$2M in small business lending.
Additionally, you will need a tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline and a delegated lending authority that enables you to make informed decisions.
