About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Co-ordinator to join our team at the Women's and Children's Health Network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Regional Team manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial support and services to the Regional Team manager
  • Ensure administrative staff understand their roles and standards, and provide ongoing feedback, support, and training
  • Coordinate and process high volumes of administrative tasks and correspondence
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to keep clear, accurate administrative and financial records and maintain and improve systems
  • Experience in recruitment and selection, staff supervision, performance review, and allocation of tasks to ensure equitable workloads
