Looking for a seasoned Wine Bar Manager to lead our wine bar team. This full-time position requires managing staff and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Food and Beverage attendants to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Implement and maintain efficient operational procedures for seamless service
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance FOH skills
  • Liaise with the Restaurant Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
  • Some knowledge of wine varietals and tasting profiles beneficial
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service skills and passion for providing high-quality experiences
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle challenges effectively
