Cellar Door Manager

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences and sharing your knowledge of wine with visitors? We are seeking a motivated Cellar Door Manager to join our team at the DOWIE DOOLE Tasting Pod.

  • The Role:
  • Deliver a personable experience for our customers
  • Manage and grow the wine club
  • Open and close the cellar door
  • Plan events and implement strategies for new initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Wine tastings
  2. Rostering and scheduling staff
  3. Managing stock levels and ordering supplies
  4. General administration tasks

Requirements:

  • A strong passion for wine
  • Wine knowledge and experience in sales/hospitality
  • Hold a WSET Level 2 certification
  • Have strong computer skills, including MS Office and Shopify
  • Hold a Responsible Persons Badge and current RSA certificate
