Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet residents and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.">
  • Handle requests efficiently and effectively, responding promptly to all inquiries.">
  • Coordinate contractor services and maintenance requests, prioritizing tasks to ensure seamless operations.">
  • Protect building access and resident privacy, maintaining confidentiality at all times.">
  • Log incidents and report any issues to management.">
  • Manage contractors, including fire services and warden responsibilities.">

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a similar environment.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.">
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.">
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.">
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or qualifications a plus.">

Work Environment:
