- Oversee and manage month-end close processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Prepare consolidated month-end reporting, management accounts, and board packs with accuracy.
- Support budgeting and forecasting across the organization, partnering with cost centers and divisions.
- Monitor performance, analyze variance, and provide insights to senior management.
- Manage group cash flow, ensuring positive balances and effective forecasting.
- Oversee treasury functions, improving processes and strengthening controls.
- Prepare and submit all external reporting requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings in collaboration with internal teams and external advisors.
- Lead tax planning while maintaining compliance with regulations.
- Manage the annual audit process, acting as the primary contact for external auditors.
- Coordinate internal teams to deliver audit requirements on time.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS and regulations.
- Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and regulators.
- Provide financial insights and support on strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
- Mentor, coach, and develop finance team members.
