Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our dental team. As the primary point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maximize patient appointments and minimize schedule gaps by efficiently managing the front office operations.
  • Create, reschedule and cancel appointments as required, while maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, adhering to high standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
  • Receive patients and assist emergency patients according to established protocols.
  • Raise patient accounts, claim benefits, and process payments efficiently, ensuring minimal delays.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and process refunds, credit adjustments, and benefit issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform daily banking and balance takings, preparing end-of-day reports for review.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and tact at all times.
  • Be proficient in appointment booking and account systems, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Liaise with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and effective workflow.
