Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Custodian
    • Act as the custodian of the Garvan brand, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
    • Develop and maintain brand assets, including logos, color schemes, and typography.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand alignment and consistency.
  • Collateral Project Management
    • Develop and produce key marketing materials, including supporter magazines, annual reports, and other collateral.
    • Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
    • Collaborate with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Asset Development
    • Develop and maintain a range of marketing assets, including social media content, email campaigns, and website content.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure asset alignment with marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
    • Monitor and analyze asset performance, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a not-for-profit or research organization.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
