About the Role

Creative Therapy Adelaide is seeking a highly organised and proactive Admin Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for participants and stakeholders, you will provide exceptional customer service, handle communications, and ensure all interactions are handled professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage documents in Cliniko, sort emails and deliveries, and handle office equipment.
  2. Coordinate supplier quotes, oversee clinic maintenance, and allocate fleet vehicles.
  3. Issue invoices, reconcile payments, manage petty cash, and monitor office supply costs.
  4. Support the leadership team by performing additional tasks as needed, such as coordinating events.
Requirements
  • 2 years minimum experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge and experience in NDIS.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Google Workspace and Cloud-based software.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities, with a focus on presentation and quality.
