This full-time appointment is on a 12-month fixed term basis. You will play a key role in transforming employee engagement at a leading educational institution.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and execute comprehensive communication and change management strategies for high-profile programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute communication and change management strategies to support large-scale initiatives.
  • Engage with affected employees, ensuring clear and accessible information is delivered.
  • Develop and manage project support resources, including dedicated web pages and regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR, ER, and project teams to align change initiatives with project goals.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in change management and communications.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale change initiatives, with knowledge of methodologies such as ADKAR.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex project details for diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration.
  • Experience managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels and driving engagement through all project phases.
