Senior Communications Role

We are seeking a skilled communicator to join our National Team, focusing on strategic communications across WA.

This is an autonomous role where you will balance communications with hands-on delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic communications across WA, ensuring alignment with national priorities and growth pipeline.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders.
  • Provide frameworks and guidance to enable project teams to deliver with confidence and consistency.
  • Source, craft, and champion stories that showcase projects, people, and culture across all channels.
  • Demonstrate exceptional writing and content creation skills, underpinned by a strategic mindset.

You will work closely with senior leaders, project teams, and clients to deliver high-impact communications that strengthen reputation and align with growth pipeline.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar communications role, ideally within civil construction or engineering.
  • The confidence to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, challenge existing approaches, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Strategic capability to provide frameworks, guidance, and influence, while ensuring delivery standards remain high.
  • Exceptional writing and content creation skills, underpinned by a strategic mindset.
  • Rapidly adapt new ideas and strategies to continually improve communications output.
