Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled communicator to join our National Communications Team. As a strategic partner, you will play a key role in driving initiatives and delivering high-impact communications that strengthen our reputation and align with our growth pipeline.

This autonomous position balances strategic communications with hands-on delivery, requiring close collaboration with senior leaders, project teams, and clients to deliver exceptional results.

About the Role
  • Lead strategic communications across Western Australia, ensuring alignment with our national priorities and growth pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders.
  • Provide frameworks and guidance for project teams to deliver communications with confidence and consistency.
  • Source, craft, and champion stories showcasing our projects, people, and culture across all channels.
  • Deliver local events and initiatives driving engagement, while contributing to national programs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and bring fresh ideas to strengthen our brand and impact.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar communications role, ideally within civil construction, professional services, or engineering.
  • Exceptional writing and content creation skills, underpinned by a strategic mindset.
  • Robust project management skills, initiative, and drive to elevate communications across WA.
