We are seeking a highly experienced Manager Communications and Community Engagement to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will drive the implementation and delivery of communications and engagement strategies to support achieving our goals and objectives.

Your proactive approach will be crucial in identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring a cohesive approach across all aspects of our program. You'll oversee the implementation of communications activities, and community engagement strategies, including content development and face-to-face engagement.

You'll guide our communications and community engagement team members, providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring, and fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

Our ideal candidate will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage, liaise with, and influence a diverse range of stakeholders. Your highly developed conceptual, problem-solving, and analytical abilities will be put to good use in our dynamic environment.

This is a full-time, fixed-term appointment contract up to 30 June 2028 with the possibility of extensions and/or permanency available for immediate start.
