About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing behaviour support plans that cater to the unique needs of our clients. You will work closely with allied health professionals to create personalized support plans, ensuring our clients receive the most effective and empowering support.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current registration as a Core or Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner in accordance with the NDIS Capability Framework
- A minimum of 3 years' demonstrated experience in behaviour support intervention and the development of behaviour support plans for a variety of people with disabilities
- A strong analytical and report writing skills, ability to provide a service based on a client's NDIS goals and funding allocation, and current NSW drivers' license
- A passion and drive to improve the lives of people living with disability, a friendly and positive disposition, and ability to work independently as well as within a fun, supportive, and inclusive team
