  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic investment advice and planning for our accommodation portfolio.
  • Lead innovation and uplift in our property program, driving efficiency and delivering results.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial contracts with government and commercial entities.
  • Manage complex facility operations, ensuring cost-effective, safe, secure, and sustainable accommodation.
  • Deliver construction, uplift, and maintenance programs to scope, time, and budget.
