About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Marketing Manager to join our NSW residential communities' team.

This opportunity will see you working closely with our NSW and National Marketing Team to drive day-to-day marketing operations and lead generation campaigns for active projects. You will be responsible for developing positioning, launch strategy, and awareness-building campaigns for greenfield projects, while maintaining an aligned approach to achieving targets with your development and sales colleagues.

Your role spans branding, impactful campaigns, budgeting, and media briefings, as well as knowledge sharing and stakeholder engagement. You will have ample resources, including in-house digital, creative PR, events, and partnerships, with the support of two major external agencies.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with three days in the office and two days working remotely/onsite. Occasional local and regional travel may be required for onsite events, site visits, and meetings.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement place brand identity strategies to ensure consistency across all marketing, media, and collateral.
  • Analyse lead traffic, quality, behavior, and trends to inform marketing strategy and planning.
  • Oversee the coordination of asset production, such as renders, photography, video shoots, aerials, floor plans, stage releases, and general marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with sales and operational stakeholders to maintain a regular cadence of community events.
  • Manage project marketing budgets to ensure effective and efficient spending.
  • Liaise and network with various stakeholders, including customers, cross-functional colleagues, suppliers, external agencies, and partner organisations.
About You
  • You possess extensive property marketing experience, preferably in retirement living.
  • You are a strategic marketer with experience in new project launches, from visioning to onsite activation.
  • You have experience briefing and managing creative and media agencies.
  • You can evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to provide qualitative input into strategic marketing plans.
  • You hold relevant tertiary and industry qualifications in Marketing and/or Communications.
  • You have experience contributing to the delivery of campaigns and events, with ambition to manage end-to-end processes.
  • You are a collaborative, curious, and energetic team player, with an agile and open-minded approach during times of organisational transformation.
