We are seeking an Advanced Software Engineer to join our dynamic consulting team. As a trusted subject matter expert, you will leverage your deep technical expertise and broad industry knowledge to help our clients solve their most complex software engineering challenges, drive innovation, and achieve their business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert-level technical leadership and guidance to client teams on software architecture, design patterns, development methodologies, and technology selection.
  • Architecting, designing, engineering, and implementing robust, scalable, and secure software solutions tailored to client needs, and overseeing their successful implementation.
  • Researching and evaluating emerging technologies and trends, and providing recommendations on their potential adoption to enhance client capabilities.
  • Championing and rolling out various engineering operating models at enterprise grade and scale with modern tools and techniques.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Deep expertise in any programming language (e.g., C, C++, Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, Go) and the ability to upskill across multiple languages.
  • In-depth experience with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their associated services.
  • A strong understanding of software development methodologies and life cycle stages.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing complex software architectures (e.g., microservices, event-driven, distributed systems).
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in software development, with a significant portion in a senior or lead role.
  • A solid understanding of DevOps principles, tools, database, and other technologies used in SDLC.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
