Job Title: Senior Solutions Engineer, Professional Services

This role leads the delivery of advanced technical solutions for enterprise customers. Key responsibilities include leading complex deployments, driving product enhancements, deploying custom integrations, advocating best practices, staying informed about new product features and updates, collaborating on scoping, planning iteratively, designing and implementing solutions, executing agilely, creating customer-centric automation, envisioning system enhancements, and troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Key Requirements:
  • Spearhead large-scale professional services engagements to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify product gaps and feature requests, and communicate insights to Product and Development teams.
  • Implement tailored integrations using REST APIs to extend functionality within and beyond the platform.
  • Share technical best practices and lessons learned with peers to elevate team performance.
  • Maintain knowledge of new product features, updates, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects during scoping of complex engagements.
  • Prioritize and schedule deliverables using an iterative development approach.
  • Create, document, code, and test technical solutions for new tools, automations, or system enhancements.
  • Implement solutions following agile software development methodologies.
  • Translate customer requirements into automation products that support Professional Services growth.
  • Analyse business requirements to conceptualise new system features and functionalities.
  • Diagnose and resolve automation or application issues.
