Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Automation Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to take a leading role in delivering innovative automation solutions across a range of complex and rewarding projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years' experience in control systems engineering within heavy industry or similar environments. You will have strong engagement skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

You will be responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of advanced control system solutions. This will include ensuring all project deliverables meet high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness.

In addition, you will provide expert-level technical support and maintain strong relationships with clients. You will also promote and contribute to a culture focused on health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ).

Requirements
  • A minimum of five years' experience in control systems engineering within heavy industry or similar environments
  • Strong engagement skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
  • Proven experience with control systems, automation platforms, and industrial communication networks
  • A current driver's licence
Preferred Qualifications and Attributes
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in programming and commissioning control systems
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
