Incident Management and Compliance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Incident Management and Compliance professional to join our team. This role involves ensuring that our teams manage superannuation administration incidents and complaints appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to record, report, respond to and remediate incidents and complaints across various clients, adhering to applicable laws, contractual obligations, and service level agreements
  • Conduct root cause analysis and document key learnings regarding ways of working, controls, and system configuration
  • Develop and implement processes to reduce recurrence likelihood
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and develop control uplift opportunities
  • Undertake data analysis to identify trends and produce meaningful insights, preparing and delivering periodic incidents and complaints reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage complaint and incident escalations as required
  • Attend client meetings as required
  • Manage allocated incidents and complaints
  • Ensure required information captured in relevant systems
  • Provide technical advice to internal and external stakeholders as required
