
Incident Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Incident Management and Compliance professional to join our team. This role involves ensuring that our teams manage superannuation administration incidents and complaints appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to record, report, respond to and remediate incidents and complaints across various clients, adhering to applicable laws, contractual obligations, and service level agreements
- Conduct root cause analysis and document key learnings regarding ways of working, controls, and system configuration
- Develop and implement processes to reduce recurrence likelihood
- Collaborate with the team to identify and develop control uplift opportunities
- Undertake data analysis to identify trends and produce meaningful insights, preparing and delivering periodic incidents and complaints reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage complaint and incident escalations as required
- Attend client meetings as required
- Manage allocated incidents and complaints
- Ensure required information captured in relevant systems
- Provide technical advice to internal and external stakeholders as required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze complex data sets
- Experience in incident management and compliance
