About the Job
- We are looking for a skilled Kronos Configuration and Systems Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience with system configuration, data integrity, and improving user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain system access and configuration to meet business needs
- Investigate and resolve issues related to Kronos applications
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders regarding configuration issues
- Assist with change management, documentation, and knowledge transfer
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering insights and support across the payroll department
- Act as a key liaison for system issues, upgrades, and user support
- Analyse current system usage and recommend improvements aligned with business priorities
- Train end-users and support staff on Kronos functionality and updates
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Kronos
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated track record in establishing relationships
- Well-developed interpersonal skills including communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving in an operational environment
