Role Overview:

Our client is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Customer Service Representatives, working for a leading company specializing in award-winning household products.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with key clients/stakeholders
  • Provide excellent customer service with positive outcomes
  • Help customers via inbound/outbound calls
  • Carry out administrative tasks and enter data
  • Ensure customer database is up to date

Candidate Profile:

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Customer Service Representative with:

  • Excellent computer and organization skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Performance-focused
  • Clear attention to detail
  • Ability to work easily in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills
  • Able to work within a team or independently
  • Confidence while communicating with external stakeholders
  • Well-spoken with a professional phone manner
  • High volume inbound call experience
  • Admin and data entry experience
  • Permanent resident/citizens only
  • 2+ years' experience within a call centre environment is essential
