Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Construction Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our projects and work with a talented group of professionals.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical construction aspects of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise will be crucial in planning, organizing, and executing electrical construction activities, as well as providing technical support to other project functions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective electrical construction plans, ensuring seamless integration with other project disciplines;
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development;
  • Maintain accurate records of electrical construction progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions;
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring that electrical construction activities meet or exceed their requirements;
  • Contribute to the development of site organization and staffing requirements, Plant and Equipment profiles, and capital estimates related to electrical construction activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in electrical construction, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess a high level of health and safety awareness and be able to motivate and lead teams.

Eligible applicants must be an Australian/New Zealand citizen, hold permanent residency status, or alternatively, a Visa that entitles you to work in Australia.
