Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Construction Expert to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for electrical construction and want to take their career to the next level.

In this position, you will be responsible for contributing to the constructability process, development and review of construction related documentation, manuals, plans, policies and procedures;

You will provide technical support to other project functions as needed, ensuring that Construction Work Package (CWP) program is integrated into the execution planning and defined to a sufficient level for the project phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Constructability Process: Contribute to the development and review of construction related documentation, manuals, plans, policies and procedures;
  • Techncial Support: Provide technical support to other project functions as needed;
  • CWP Program Integration: Ensure that Construction Work Package (CWP) program is integrated into the execution planning and defined to a sufficient level for the project phase;
Requirements
  • Demonstrated health and safety management focus in all phases of project delivery, and extensive knowledge of health and safety management procedures, safe work practices, and applicable legislation;
  • General knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement, contracts, scheduling and;
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering or Construction, with 7+ years construction management experience in heavy or industrial construction;
  • The ability to motivate and lead a discipline focused teams and fit into a team environment;
  • Effective communication, report writing skills, planning, organizational and oral skills;
  • Able to communicate directly with clients on key issues;
  • Knowledge of the EPCM model of project delivery including the activities, interfaces and interdependencies of all project disciplines;
