Electrical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Leading Hand to lead our heavy industrial construction teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding, motivating and supporting crew members in delivering exceptional results. A strong focus on electrical work including licencing, certifications and adherence to safety protocols is also required.

This role offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills and contribute to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in leading heavy industrial construction teams
  • Strong leadership qualities with ability to guide, motivate and support crew members
  • Exceptional communication and coordination skills
  • Responsible for electrical work including licencing, certifications and adherence to safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Leading Hand experience in heavy industrial construction
  • Current WA electrical Licence or willingness to obtain one
  • White card
  • Low Voltage Rescue & CPR
  • High Risk Work Licence (WP)
  • Working at Heights
  • Pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen
  • National Police Clearance or ability to apply
