Job Title: Electrical Construction Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Construction Specialist to join our team in Perth. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall planning, direction, organization, and execution of construction or maintenance work, ensuring high levels of safety and quality within time constraints.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will contribute to the constructability process, development and review of construction related documentation, manuals, plans, policies and procedures;
  • Provide technical support to other project functions as needed;
  • Maintain a high level of customer service with Client representatives;
  • Contribute to the development of site organization and staffing requirements and Plant and Equipment profiles, required to execute construction activities within project schedule and acceptable costs;
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement safe working practices to ensure zero harm incidents;
  • Manage and maintain records of construction progress, delays and issues;
  • Liaise with Clients and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met;
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations;
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated health and safety management focus in all phases of project delivery;
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering or Construction;
  • 7+ years construction management experience in heavy or industrial construction;
  • Effective communication, report writing skills, planning, organizational and oral skills;
