Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Located in Brisbane, the position provides diversity and the chance to develop your skills in recruitment and stakeholder engagement within a multi-disciplinary organisation.

About the Role

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will support strategies to source and acquire talent for the business. In this role, you will develop your ability to create genuine engagement across the business and support annual programs and end-to-end recruitment.

  • You will support end-to-end talent acquisition for your regional portfolio and build working relationships both internal and external.

  • You will build partnerships across People & Culture to identify future needs and activities.

  • You will further develop your skills and experience in candidate care and maintain the values of the organisation.

About You

A successful teammate will have:

  • Demonstrated 1-2 years postgraduate experience in human resources and or recruitment, ideally from an industrial sector.

  • Proven and demonstrated ability to drive and manage end-to-end recruitment in a diverse and busy service environment.

  • Highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills to build effective working relationships and deliver outcomes.

  • Exceptional organisational skills coupled with experience using HRIS and or multi-media platforms for advertising.
