About the Role:The successful candidate will provide maintenance and repair services for Komatsu customer equipment, ensuring high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency. This role involves working on various types of equipment and requires strong technical skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and repair Komatsu customer equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Conduct diagnostics and repairs on mobile plant machinery, including breakdowns and routine maintenance.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in field service or maintenance roles, preferably in the construction or mining sector.
- A trade certificate in mobile plant mechanics (Cert 3 Mobile Plant) and HD Mechanic/Fitter qualifications.
- Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) experience, preferably with Komatsu equipment.
- A current C-class driver's license and ability to work at heights.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work unsupervised.
