The role of Deputy Manager Engineering is a key position within the organisation, responsible for leading and coordinating engineering activities in support of complex projects that drive growth and innovation.

- Ensure technical governance, compliance, and team development throughout the project lifecycle.

- A Chartered Professional Engineer status or eligibility through a recognised body.
- Tertiary qualifications in Systems Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills to drive strategic outcomes.
- Experience in complex project management and knowledge of ODCS and ASDEFCON suite.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results-oriented solutions.
