**The Role**
Reporting to the COO, the key responsibility of this role is to ensure all Crimsafe products are produced efficiently and compliant with company and client specification, within designated timeframes and budget. Additionally, you will be overseeing and assisting the team in technical functions to ensure all work is adhering to safety and quality standards.

Furthermore, you will be required to assist with technical functions, including tasks related to product and staff training to the best of your ability in a safe, professional, and efficient manner.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Managing the production schedule of all jobs and ensuring all customer orders are correct prior to production
- Identify ancillary products required for each order and liaising with procurement team when required.
- Develop and manage the preventative maintenance program for all machinery, tools & associated plant
- Book freight for customer deliveries, ensure shipments are packed adequately and timely for shipping
Training of fabrication staff on all product range and ensuring effective workflow in area
- Observe, practice, and enforce all WH&S procedures

**Successful applicants will hold**:

- 5+ years fabrication / trade experience
- 5+ years in a supervisory or equivalent roll
- Current forklift license
- Current first aid certificate
- Strong presentation and speaking skills
- Report writing, action planning & follow up skills
- Experience with fabrication and inventory management software
- Manufacturing / fabrication or other relevant operational experience
