Overview

As a Customer Experience team member, you\'ll be the face of Scape, delivering top-notch service and support to residents and visitors. You\'ll need exceptional communication and organisational skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Provide warm, professional customer service to residents and visitors.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when appropriate to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service and support.
  • Assist with daily customer-facing operations and contribute to a positive, well-organised environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
