Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet Defence personnel with a warm and welcoming smile
  • Process cash transactions and operate EFTPOS systems with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and sanitized at the end of each shift
  • Verify the freshness and quality of packaged and perishable items before service
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Assist with restocking, stock rotation, and loading/unloading supplies, stores, and equipment
  • Contribute to stock take and inventory control for all kitchen supplies
  • Ensure compliance with our HACCP program's day-to-day requirements
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
  • Barista experience an advantage
  • Knowledge of hospitality and catering service delivery preferred but not essential
  • Defence experience advantageous
  • Driver's license and own transport
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use online rostering systems
