Job OverviewThis exciting opportunity as a Support Analyst is a fantastic stepping stone for an individual who is serious about wanting a career in Tech, who already has some technical knowledge and skills and is willing to learn. As a Support Analyst, you will support our wider Service Desk Operations team who are responsible for assisting internal customers with their IT enquiries.
Key Responsibilities- You will engage in reporting, analysis, administration and ticket-based tasks to ensure the team is running effectively.
- You will report to the Service Manager, who will support you to learn and grow in this role.
We're looking for someone with a genuine passion/interest in Tech, desire to build a career in Tech, IT/Technology education or certification, experience working in a corporate environment, experience working in a technical role – highly desirable, coding skills – highly desirable.
