Job Overview

The Stock Management Specialist will play a key role in supporting the success of our brand by overseeing daily stock functions, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained across stores and the Distribution Centre to maximise sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and report on sales and stock performance data
  • Monitor and replenish stock levels in our DC and stores for both indent and BSR/Replenishment lines
  • Manage the replenishment system at a style and size level
  • Conduct regular reviews of in-store stock levels against DC stock levels
  • E nsure timely deliveries into stores
  • Report any known stock shortages / surpluses upon delivery
  • Manage the timing, process & logistics of the stock take function for all stores and DC
  • Conduct periodic stock takes when required in retail stores and DC
  • Manage stock take variation reporting to balance book and count quantities
  • Analyse stock on hand reporting to determine which items need to be consolidated in accordance with company policy
  • Manage transfers, in-transit reporting and investigate aged items
  • Address customer and store queries
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working within a retail environment
  • Highly developed analytical and practical skills
  • Proficient Excel skills
  • A willingness to launch and streamline new procedures and systems
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A highly organised, detailed and focused approach to work and deadlines
  • The ability to think laterally and resolve issues proactively
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
