Senior Digital Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned digital and eCommerce expert to drive online growth and lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Develop and execute the company's digital and eCommerce strategy, aligning with overall business objectives and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Retail, Marketing, Operations) to integrate digital initiatives into the broader business roadmap.
  • Apply commercial insights, market trends, and consumer data to optimise online offerings and the customer lifecycle.
  • Identify and implement emerging digital tools, trends, and technologies to enhance the online experience.
  • Oversee eCommerce operations, including UX/UI, product content, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • 7+ years of experience in driving online growth and managing P&L, ideally within retail or lifestyle brands.
  • Deep expertise in eCommerce platforms, performance marketing, SEO, email, and social strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, leading teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering commercial results.
