About the Role
This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our dynamic Legal team. As a key member of the ER Team, you'll provide strategic leadership and advice on employment law across every aspect of the business.
You'll be responsible for:
- ER Leadership and Advice: Develop and implement strategic ER plans to support Coles Group's goals and business strategy.
- Negotiation and Advocacy: Manage the bargaining cycle for multiple enterprise agreements, including negotiation and advocacy at the Fair Work Commission.
- Compliance and Regulatory Management: Monitor the external ER environment and identify key trends/issues impacting Coles.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven Experience: Strong experience in employee relations/employment law (including a legal and/or ER/IR qualification).
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic ER plans to assist Coles Group achieve its goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management, internal networking potential, and influencing skills.
