  • Promote product innovation and development, from concept to launch, by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Foster industry relationships for ongoing innovation and disruption through market research and analysis.
  • Provide data-driven insights on category portfolios, analyzing results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement procurement plans for efficient supply of products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in category management or related fields, including retail, procurement, supply chain, and marketing.
  • Proven track record of working in B2B environments is preferred, showcasing expertise in building and maintaining complex relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge to drive team success.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and an inquisitive nature, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship building skills, working effectively with multiple stakeholders within the organization and external vendors and suppliers.
