A leading SaaS company is seeking a Global Training Facilitator to drive sales enablement globally.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Assurance and Reporting (30%): Develop and implement quality assurance processes, deliver training programs, and conduct monthly business reviews.
  • Performance Improvement (30%): Collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance gaps, design learning interventions, deliver training content, and provide constructive feedback.
  • New Hire Training and Observation (10%): Design and refine the onboarding process for maximum efficiency.
  • Content Creation (10%): Work with trainers and content design teams to review and develop training materials addressing identified learning gaps and product evolution.
  • Business as Usual (20%): Attend stakeholder and L&D meetings, execute training materials, meet weekly with Team Leaders and Quality Assessors, and stay updated with systems and sales methodologies.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Learning and Development
  • Experience in developing training programs
  • Background in Tech, Banking, or Finance; FinTech experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to impact and influence people at multiple levels within the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
