About the Role

The Global Training Facilitator will have a passion for learning and development, driving third-party partnerships globally. As part of a high-performing and flexible Sales Enablement Team, you will support the Sales Learning and Development Team to ensure partner sales managers and trainers are well-equipped to train and onboard their sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance and Reporting (30%): Manage quality assurance processes, deliver training programs, and conduct monthly business reviews.
  • Performance Improvement (30%): Consult with stakeholders to identify performance gaps, design learning interventions, deliver training content, and provide constructive feedback.
  • New Hire Training and Observation (10%): Develop and refine the onboarding process for maximum efficiency.
  • Content Creation (10%): Collaborate with trainers and content design teams to review and develop training materials addressing identified learning gaps and product evolution.
  • Business as Usual (20%): Attend stakeholder and L&D meetings, execute training materials, meet weekly with Team Leaders and Quality Assessors, and stay updated with systems and sales methodologies.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Learning and Development
  • Experience in developing training programs
  • Background in Tech, Banking, or Finance; FinTech experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to impact and influence people at multiple levels within the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
