About the Role:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at S&P Global. As a key member of our global customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving adoption and retention, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Customer Success Strategies: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer success strategies that drive adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with senior members of client organizations, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Drive Adoption and Retention: Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities for growth and expansion, and develop strategies to drive adoption and retention.
  • Provide Ongoing Support and Training: Offer ongoing support and training to customers to ensure they are getting the most value from our products and services.
  • Monitor and Analyze Customer Data: Use data and analytics to monitor customer health and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • Strong Customer Success Skills: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving adoption and retention.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and expansion.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and other technical tools used to manage customer relationships and drive adoption and retention.
