HBCF Claims Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Consultant to join our team at GB Global. As a Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for managing Home Builders Warranty claims from start to finish, ensuring that all claims are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Home Builders Warranty claims end to end, adhering to GB Global's service standards and company guidelines.
- Deliver outstanding outcomes and customer service for homeowners and GB Global.
- Work collaboratively with the team to share information, knowledge, and resources to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Build and develop external business relationships to drive growth and success.
- Attend client meetings as required.
- Achieve monthly efficiency levels as designated by management.
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Claims Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. To excel in this role, you will have:
- Minimum two (2) years claims experience, preferably in Householders, Property, Commercial, and/or Builders Warranty claims.
- Ability to interpret policy wordings and apply them accurately to individual claims.
- Adherence to relevant state legislations.
- Experience with managing large loss and complex claims.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Strong level of interpersonal skills with an ability and desire to work as part of a team.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Experience using Guidewire Claim Centre and Industry Qualification - ANZIIF (desirable but not essential).
