Inventory Manager Position Available

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling all parts and materials required to carry out repair activities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under direct and indirect supervision.
The role requires strong organizational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
The Inventory Management Specialist will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of inventory movements.

Key Responsibilities:- Ordering and Tracking: Responsible for ordering parts, supplies, and materials needed daily, and tracking their delivery in a timely manner.
- Inventory Control: Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including part logs and purchase requests.
- Quality Inspections: Conduct quality inspections on critical parts upon receipt, and document all part inspections.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all inventory-related activities.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in Dynamics 365 an asset.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on quality.
