Lead Culinary Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lead culinary professional to oversee our kitchen operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food service and ensuring that all culinary operations meet the highest standards.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and supervise cooks in multiple positions.
  • Evaluate and improve menu offerings to ensure they meet customer needs.
  • Maintain efficient and timely food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve aligned goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a head chef or executive chef in a hospital, restaurant, retail, or catering environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong knowledge of nutrition, food safety, and HACCP protocols.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., Servsafe).
