Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and records.
- Process purchase orders for parts, supplies, and materials.
- Verify correct parts are provided to technicians for approved repairs and rework.
- Track and record completed repairs by technicians, providing regular reports.
- Ensure the accuracy of part logs and update them regularly.
- Process purchase requests with attention to detail and follow up on a regular basis.
- Inspect critical parts upon receipt and document inspection results.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in inventory control and purchasing is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
