Job Overview

This is a dedicated infrastructure project that requires an experienced professional to manage the end-to-end delivery of ICT systems, security, access control and other intelligent building technologies.

The ideal candidate will ensure timely completion, stay within budget and meet technical requirements from early scoping through to handover.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, delivery and closure of one key infrastructure project.
  • Cordinate with technical specialists, contractors and consultants to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Manage scope, schedule, procurement and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain project documentation including briefs, reports and risk registers.
  • Monitor project controls and track budget and timeline performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and support collaborative engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of technology systems in buildings.
  • Able to manage stakeholders and external contractors effectively.
  • Familiarity with project documentation, financial tracking and risk management.
  • Current driver's license and willingness to visit project sites as required.
