About Our Project Scheduling Role

We are looking for an experienced Scheduler to join our team and contribute to the success of our ambitious projects.

As a Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our projects by creating, updating, and coordinating project schedules in alignment with documented standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build, evaluate, and optimize project schedules, while maintaining close collaboration with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Programme Management: Manage and maintain the Project Programme, ensuring it remains aligned with documented standards.
  • Collaboration with Service Providers: Collaborate with service providers to review and integrate their programmes into our project schedule.
  • Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify critical paths and schedule risks, facilitating resolutions between the Project Manager and contractors.
  • Programme Updates: Provide timely programme updates and ensure alignment between the service provider's outputs and the Project Programme.
  • Schedule Analysis: Analyze and provide schedule input for validation of any contractor delay notices.
  • Reporting: Develop and distribute accurate project, program, or portfolio reports to measure performance against the baseline.
  • Data Alignment: Ensure cost and schedule data are aligned, maintained, and reflect approved changes.

You are an experienced scheduler with a strong background in developing and overseeing project schedules within large-scale infrastructure projects. Your expertise in identifying risks, collaborating with diverse teams, and ensuring alignment between cost and schedule data will make you a critical part of our team.
