Business Development Role

This is a full-time position based in Penrith NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and industry partners
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing team to support integrated campaigns
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local hospitality market and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the hospitality or accommodation industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, securing and retaining new business
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ambitious, driven and results-oriented with a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
